The national special education center program

Out of more than 50 charitable programs spread across all sectors, Kind Heart Foundation pays special attention to the National Special Education Program. This interest starts from the understanding of the families whose children are unfortunate to have physical or cognitive disabilities from birth.

January 11, 2019 has entered the history of National Special Education Center Program when it has been officially established. Formerly the Special Education Research Committee, the birth of the National Special Education Center Program has marked the non-stop efforts of the Center's staff and employees during 45 years of establishment and development with and assistance of Kind Heart Foudation.

Based on a strong financial base up to VND 230 billion of Kind Heart Foundation, the National Special Education Center Programe has been embarking on the construction of regional-class infrastructure system, completing human personle and conducting in-depth study of training programs for children with Special Education needs.

In addition to the practical support to the National Special Education Center, Kind Heart Foundation continues to show its responsibility to Special Education when deciding to sponsor the construction of 8 Education Centers. Inclusion at provincial level, 32 rooms to support inclusive education at preschool and high school in localities.

With the support of Kind Heart Foundation and the participation of the whole community, together with the efforts and tireless efforts of the staff of teachers in the industry, the National Special Education Center Program in particular and the industry Special Education in general will soon affirm its leading position, leading the development of Vietnam's Special Education sector. Since then, gradually asserted its position in the region and on the international arena.
