15:46 19/09/2019
The program sponsors mobile library cars, library equipment, bookshelves, etc to help bring information, knowledge and improve spiritual, cultural enjoyment to people in remote areas.

With the desire to ignite the love of reading in the community, in 2016, Kind Heart Foundation cooperated with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to launch the program: Developing reading culture.

Accordingly, in each province, Kind Heart Foundation donates a mobile library car with nearly 1,000 books, 6 laptops, 1 set of projectors, 1 television with internet connection and many auxiliary accessories such as seats, umbrellas ... to serve readers. Every day, the mobile library car diligently roams the streets to bring the light of knowledge to people in rural, remote and isolated areas. With the ability to serve 1,000 readers at the same time, the mobile library car hopes to contribute to "eradicate information hunger, eliminate technology blindness", and foster the passion of reading for students and people in many localities across the country.

To date, Kind Heart Foundation has awarded 44 multimedia mobile library cars to 44 provincial / city libraries, serving millions of readers and hundreds of thousands of internet access. Especially in one locality, a mobile vehicle has been presented at the detention centers to meet the reading needs of tens of thousands of prisoners.
